Administrative/Market Research Assistant – Part time

We require an Administrative Assistant to work in the office based in South Norfolk. We are a specialist in Market Research. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team within a creative environment embracing new technologies and forward thinking processes.

The job involves a variety of administrative duties. These will include answering, screening and directing incoming calls, organising appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars and schedules, managing travel arrangements, arranging and preparing presentations, booking market research depth interview appointments, inputting financial data, collating desk research, database building and printing reports and binding.

Applicants must possess an excellent telephone manner and professional attitude to ensure the office runs efficiently. Experience of Microsoft packages, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

Salary will depend on experience and hours of work.  Part-time hours to be agreed. A full clean driving licence is required.
